Terms of service

1. Who we are

Hesi Fantasy (hesifantasy.xyz and the Hesi Fantasy desktop app) is operated by ZIH-CHENG WEI, an individual based in Taiwan (“we”, “us”). By using Hesi Fantasy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You can use most of Hesi Fantasy without an account. If you create one — with an email and password or with Google — keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. Acceptable use

Hesi Fantasy is for your personal use in fantasy sports leagues. Don't resell or redistribute our data or projections, don't scrape or automate requests against the service, don't try to break or overload it, and don't use it to build a competing product.

4. Pro subscriptions

Hesi Fantasy has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (prices in US dollars; local sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout).

• Free trial. New Pro subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription starts and the first payment is taken.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Price changes. If we change the price, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

5. Payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See our refund policy for how to ask for one.

7. Data and projections

Statistics, schedules and injury information in Hesi Fantasy are aggregated from multiple third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Projections, rankings and other analysis are our own estimates for entertainment and research. They are not guarantees, and Hesi Fantasy is not a betting or wagering service.

8. Not affiliated

Hesi Fantasy is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any professional league, team, player or fantasy platform. Names and marks of leagues and teams belong to their owners.

9. Our content

The Hesi Fantasy name, logo, design, software and our projections belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you use the service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Hesi Fantasy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for fantasy results, lost leagues or decisions you make using the service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

11. Suspension and changes

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down Pro, we will refund the unused part of any paid period. We may update these terms — the date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email Pro subscribers about important changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live.
