How does the free trial work?
New Pro subscribers get 7 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged; otherwise your plan starts automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. It won't renew after that.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Who handles payments?
Our checkout is run by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, adds any local sales tax and sends your receipt — we never see your card details.
Does supporting Hesi unlock Pro?
No. Support is a thank-you that helps cover server costs. Pro is a separate subscription.
